Refund Policy

At GroCodey, we are committed to delivering high-quality websites and digital solutions. Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. Website Design, Video Editing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation

• 70% upfront payment is non-refundable once the project begins.

• If the client cancels before work starts, a refund may be possible (minus transaction fees).

• No refunds after project delivery.

2. Digital Marketing Services (SMM)

• Service fees (monthly or campaign-based) are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Referral Commissions

• Commissions are not refundable and are only paid after verified client payments.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in cases of:

• Duplicate payments.

• Technical issues preventing delivery from our side.
